  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom seeds

Recipe

  1. Cut the makhanas into half to check for any worms.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed pan, dry roast these seeds until crispy.

  3. Roast the cashew nuts on low heat. 
  4. Put all the ingredients in a mixture and turn into a fine powder.
  5. Put the powder in an airtight jar after sieving it.
