We always aim to deliver our snacks fresh and perfectly packed. But in the rare case that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If more than 3 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. Because our snacks are perishable,
we can only accept returns for:
- Damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
We do not accept returns for:
- Items bought on sale
- Gift cards
To process a return
Just email us at info@verduraglobal.com. With:
- A clear photo of the product
- Your order ID
- A short note about the issue
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
Refund Process
Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll update you via email. If your refund is approved, we’ll credit the amount back to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–7 working days.
Haven’t received your refund yet?
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card company—it may take time to reflect.
- Reach out to your bank.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re damaged or defective.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit when we receive your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the person who placed the order.
